Japan Pre-Wedding Photoshoot

I first met Brandon through his sister, Dorcia, whose wedding I photographed. Dorcia was introduced to me by her cousin, Jon, whose wedding I also shot.

Complicated, I know! But it’s been great because I’ve ended up photographing many of their family members.

After Dorcia's wedding, I learned from her that Brandon had 'booked me' for his pre-wedding and wedding day. I do not know Brandon and have only briefly spoken to him on Dorcia's wedding day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive this news but I was definitely happy!

Fast forward past Covid-19, their Japan pre-wedding photography turned into a post-wedding getaway. They are extremely well-versed with Japan, and even though I have been to Japan a couple of times, their knowledge genuinely blew me away.

They didn't want to slow the process down with gowns and makeup, so we all decided to do casual outfits. This makes it easier for us to move around and doesn't stop us from entering eateries. They are BIG BIG FOODIES! They brought me to this Tsukumen shop that I am still thinking of while typing this. Besides the Tsukumen, they pre-booked and treated me to this restaurant serving A5 Miyazaki. WHAT?! It was truly the best beef I have consumed in my life. It is now a place I highly recommend to everyone who asks. I do not know how to book it though. Haha.

Brandon and Susan have been together since their polytechnic days. Brandon, often labeled the 'rebellious one' at home, has a passion for snooker and gaming, and he now represents Singapore in console gaming. He is well-known for his skills on Akuma. Beofre that, he played snooker professionally.

Which of you now think that playing games will get you nowhere? Huh?

Given his 'vices' then, I wonder how the sweet looking Susan ended up falling for him! Haha. They sound like a mismatch when you first hear about their story. After I uploaded Susan's photos, many brides and friends even complimented her beauty! Despite their differences, they obviously make a perfect pair.
